Looking for a Male roommate in a big 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment in Jacksonville, Florida

The apartment is a huge xxxx square foot, 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom layout with each room located on opposite ends of the huge living room and kitchen.  Complete privacy and a very nicely furnished apartment. The apartmet is located right beside the St. John's Town Center and only a couple miles from the UNF campus and everything at the town center. I am a very clean and hard working guy right out of college. The apartment comes with a pool, tennis courts, weight room, and other amenities.  I am looking for $600 total monthly rent which would incude all utilities, as long as the utilities stay at a decent rate(power bill).  Utilities that would be included are: power, cable, internet, water, garbage, pest control, and sewage.  It is a very nice place and feel free to contact me with any questions at 304-228-xxxx.  Thanks
