I'm 27 college student and professional currently residing on the southside of Jacksonville. I have a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house. The house is apx xxxx sq feet and built in xxxx. I currently have a female roommate that's always working she is 25. Everything is included in the rent, I'm looking for someone to sign at least a min of 4 months lease or longer if preferred. A deposit of 250 is all that I'm requesting and a background check. In the rent it includes, cable with access to HBO, SUNDANCE and many channels, washer, dryer, adt alarm system, and uverse internet.
